Description
The Green Top Grasshopper is a foam hopper for trout feeding on terrestrials along meadow streams and grassy riverbanks. Cast close to the bank and let it drift naturally past undercuts and overhanging grass, covering likely holding water before moving on. Add a small nymph below for a hopper-dropper rig, keeping its weight within what the hopper can support. Sold by the dozen for seasonal shop assortments and guide boxes.
