Description
The Callibaetis Mayfly Cripple Emerger imitates mayflies struggling to emerge at the surface, a useful option during Callibaetis hatches on lakes and ponds. Present it ahead of cruising trout and let it sit naturally, avoiding unnecessary retrieves when fish are taking stationary insects. Watch for subtle takes and keep slack manageable without pulling the fly. Sold by the dozen for fly shop stillwater selections and guide boxes.
