Description
The Bead Head American Pheasant Tail is a mayfly nymph option for trout feeding below the surface. Fish it on a controlled dead drift through riffles and seams, adjusting depth to reach the feeding lane. It also works as a dropper beneath a dry fly that can support the rig. Stock it as a practical foundation for a trout nymph selection. Sold by the dozen for shop assortments and guide boxes.
