Description
The Amber Iris Caddis draws on Craig Mathews' emerger pattern, suggesting caddisfly pupae reaching the surface. Try it during caddis hatches when trout are feeding near the surface but ignoring adult dry flies. Start with a natural drift through riffles and softer seams, adding a slight lift only when fish respond to moving insects. Sold by the dozen for fly shop caddis selections and guide boxes.
